Editing and Continuity

The 180 ECTS Bachelor's degree

The Editing and Continuity study programme consists of 3 years. Each year comprises 60 ECTS of learning which split into four main activities: theoretical courses, technical courses and practicals, creative workshops and artistic projects, dissertation and placement.
Students are given a thorough grounding in three specialist crafts : continuity girl/man, production manager and editor.

The theoretical and technical training is mainly provided during the first year. However, as of the first year, students will put the theory into practice through practicals, creative workshops and artistic projects which will progressively become the main support of their training and of their artistic and creative experience. The first two years, students will learn both editing and continuity, the latter including fiction and television continuity. In the third year, students will also learn executive production. At the beginning of the third year, students will be able to make their own programme, based on a contract, and will have the possibility to accomplish advanced work in the areas of greater interest to them including editing and/or fiction continuity and/or TV continuity and/or executive production.

The 60 ECTS Master's degree : Production management

The Master 60 programme is built on seminars, workshops of professional level, internship, the production of a personal work and the writing of a dissertation.
